A pickup has a few areas a car doesn't. These are the parts of this Tacoma that got extra attention in the driveway.
A road-trip Tacoma, reset in Austin.
This Tacoma rolled into Austin after a long drive from out of state, and its owner wanted it looking sharp while it was in town. Long highway miles leave their mark on a truck, outside and in.
The silver paint was hand washed panel by panel, the grille and headlights cleaned, and the wheels and tires scrubbed and dressed. The bed liner and tailgate got wiped down too, since a clean truck with a dusty bed never quite looks finished.
Inside, the light gray cloth seats were vacuumed and cleaned front and rear, the dash and touchscreen wiped, and the glass left streak free. Parked on the pavers with the doors open, it looked ready for the drive home.
