Getting every piece of glass out of a CX-3.
When a side window breaks, the tempered glass doesn't fall out in a few big pieces. It crumbles into small cubes that scatter across the seats, slip into the gaps between the cushions, and work their way deep into the carpet. A quick pass with a shop vac usually misses some, and those pieces turn up for months.
This CX-3 needed extra time for exactly that reason. The cloth seats, seat tracks, door pockets, console, and floor were worked through slowly and checked more than once, so nothing sharp was left behind.
With the glass gone, the rest of the Silver interior detail followed: upholstery cleaned, the dash and vents wiped down, the door jambs cleaned, and the glass left streak free. The cabin came out safe to sit in again and looking better than it did before the window broke.
