This Expedition was detailed under the owner's wooden carport, which keeps the panels cool and the soap from drying too fast, and makes it easy to see whether the gloss is really there without bright sun doing the work.
Big SUVs reward patience on the outside: a tall hood, a wide chrome grille, long running boards, and a tailgate full of lettering and trim. Each panel was hand washed and dried before the next, wheels and tires were cleaned and dressed, and the paint got a gloss refresh to finish.
Inside is where a vehicle this size really earns its detail. The front seats and console, the second-row captain's chairs, the third-row bench, and the cargo floor were all vacuumed, and the dash, vents, and trim were wiped down so the cabin feels as fresh in the last row as it does up front.
